Four Decades of Executive Leadership

Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) and MBA from the University of Southern California before beginning his career with Mobil Oil, Mattel Toys, and PepsiCo.

He later served as CFO, Managing Director, President, and CEO for businesses ranging from approximately $3 million to more than $100 million in annual revenue.

His leadership experience includes Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Product Development, Information Technology, Human Resources, Manufacturing, and Distribution.

As an entrepreneur, he has started, acquired, and operated six businesses, giving him firsthand experience with both the opportunities and the challenges of business ownership.

Real-World Validation

After retiring from full-time executive leadership in 2018, Robert spent seven years consulting with owner-led product businesses while facilitating a rotating SMB Advisory Circle.

That work included:

• More than 50 consulting engagements.
• Collaboration with more than 170 owner-led product businesses.
• Seven years of Advisory Circle participation and framework refinement.

The consulting practice and Advisory Circle concluded on December 31, 2025, after fulfilling their purpose.
